  • Refunds, replacements, or store credits are available only if you notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You must provide clear photographs of the product and its packaging as proof of damage/defect.

  • Requests made after 48 hours from the time of delivery will not be eligible.


Refund Process

  2. Share your order details along with photographs of the product and packaging.

  3. Once verified, we will process your request within 5–7 business days.

Depending on the circumstances, you may receive:

  • A full or partial refund, or

  • A replacement product, or

  • Store credit for future purchases


Important Notes

  • We do not accept return shipments under any circumstances.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, where applicable.

  • In the case of replacements, shipping times may vary depending on product availability.

  • Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

    • Minor variations in product color/design (as colors may vary from images shown).

    • Delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.
